Service Description
Learn how to make a fabulous festive wreath with Rutland florist, Amanda Steele, hosted by Emma Brown here at the Old Oak Farm. Amanda is a Pulbrook & Gould trained floral designer with many, many years experience. Mulled wine will be provided on arrival with tea and coffee available throughout. Afterwards enjoy soup and a roll while you admire your floral creations. Please arrive at 5.30pm for prompt start at 6.00pm – aiming to finish for 8.00pm Everything you will need is provided including equipment and foliage. As we are a working farm, please ensure you wear appropriate footwear and bring warm clothing depending on the weather conditions on the day.

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in our workshop. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please carefully review our booking policy outlined below: 1. Booking Confirmation * Reservation Requirement: All participants must book their spot in advance. Bookings can be made through our website. 2. Payment * Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, via the booking form on our website where payment is required, in full, on booking your place(s). 3. Cancellations & Refunds * Cancellations by Participants: * Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the workshop are eligible for a full refund. * Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable. * Rescheduling: As this is a one-time workshop, unfortunately participants will be unable to reschedule. * No-Shows: No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for participants who do not show up for the workshop. 4. Cancellations by Organiser * In the unlikely event that we must cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund. 5. Workshop Participation * Minimum Age: The workshop is open to participants aged 15 years and above. Children must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise specified. * Group Bookings: Our website booking form allows for up to 5 people to book under one bookee, the same rules regarding cancellations apply. * Capacity: Each workshop has a maximum capacity of 20 participants to ensure an intimate and hands-on experience. 6. Workshop Materials * All flowers, tools, and materials required for the workshop will be provided. 7. Safety and Conduct * Safety: Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by the workshop facilitator. * Conduct: We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or disrupts the workshop. No refunds will be issued in such cases. 8. Special Requests * Allergies: Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any allergies to specific flowers, materials or accompanying food and drink. 9.
